Cak Diehl (goat's milk)

With only one more day left of NATIONAL GOAT CHEESE MONTH, I thought I'd pass along these instructions to make your own at home...

I miss goat cheese like crazy. Which is a weird thing to miss, I know... but I guess I just miss all cheese, and goat ranks up there. And there are goats everywhere here... constant reminders of the cheese I'm not eating.
