Garden Update

The hot sun, lack of rain, and some hungry creatures have been giving the garden some challenges...but with any luck, we'll have lots of good greens in no time!
A nursery bed with collards and kale
Another nursery bed with two types of lettuce
The biggest bed with radishes and greens. There's room for my tomato plants when they get a bit bigger.

The only lettuce in Pajule!!!
The beginning of a pineapple plant
Someone is nibbling on these greens

My first salad in Pajule with baby greens from the garden and a carrot from Kitgum!  Yum!

  2. You must be 'the talk of the town' with having the "only lettuce in Pajule"? It looks like it's thriving well. Keep up the veggie gardening! What other plants do you think might do well there? Beans, Peas, Cucumbers, Sunflowers, etc? Let us know & we'll send seeds somehow.
